We had a 4-day stay on our way to mountain climbing in Kyrgyzstan. Clean hotel and rooms - friendly and helpful staff who were able to speak some or quite good English. Good wi-fi connection and tasty breakfast. Plenty of warm water..
We recently organized a three day meeting at the City Hotel in Bishkek with 40 participants checking into the hotel. We arrived at 4 or 5 AM and very kindly welcomed by Madina and Daniyar. Madina checked us in quickly and kindly explained.
I stayed here for two nights in Oct 2017. Hotel is perfectly comfortable. All staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. Room and bed comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast was varied and filling. Minibar and bar prices all reasonable. Overall great value for money.
Extremely warm and welcoming hotel. The service is perfect. Everybody is very friendly. Temir from the reception and other receptionists helped a lot with all the issues. The hotel is not far from the center and provides airport pick-up service. Would totally recommend to everyone who comes to Bishkek!
